The City of Baton Rouge is preparing for the first phase of implementation
and has solicted a request for qualifications to implement the

North Boulevard Town Square
phase.

The City's Design and Planning Selection board will meet on March 13th to select a consultant. The project presents one of the great opportunities in defining our city and the importance of ‘creating a remarkable public space’ for community gatherings, the image of the city and linkages to the 5 private/public development projects underway surrounding the area. Just as important, it will serve as the entryway to the Arts and Entertainment District / River Center campus as well as the Riverfront. Funding is secured for implementation.
