PHASE ONE UNDERWAY
North Boulevard Town Square, the first phase of implementation for the Baton Rouge Riverfront Master Plan, has begun.

On Thursday, May 28, the public was invited to the preferred design presentation for North Boulevard Town Square. This design was created with public input at the first open house for spacial concepts, online feedback and stakeholder comments. This is the first implementation project of the Riverfront Master Plan.

What is the Riverfront Master Plan?
An integrated Conceptual Design, encompassing both public and private sectors, in a unified, long-term vision focused on the River Center portion of the riverfront, for consolidating public open space and coordinating public/private investment and development.
